What you will do:

• Collaboration in a solid team to support and implement medium and large Magento shop projects with Magento 1 and Magento 2

• Implementation of customer requirements in the form of extensions as well as development of frontend and backend functions; Connection to external systems (ERP, CMS)

• Performance optimization of existing shops

• Participation in technical workshops together with the customer and the project team

• Cooperation in interdisciplinary teams from project management, design and development

Main requirements

• You bring 5+ years of professional experience in the field of IT and online shops
• You have at least 4 years of experience with Magento
• You have very good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• You bring intimate knowledge of modern design patterns and modern software architectures
• You have ample experience in complex web applications, especially e-commerce, in terms of processes, technical specifications, ERP integration, payment systems and scalability
• You have a deep understanding of Back-end programming using PHP and you understand the MySQL database

Nice to have

• You have successfully completed a university degree in IT related subjects, such as Business Informatics, Mathematics or comparable education
• you bring 2 years of professional experience with Magento 2
