Senior UX/UI Designer 

As a UX/UI designer, you must be user-centered and data-driven. You are expected to continuously enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and engagement.

You will determine all requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and user-friendly interface designs. The UI/UX Designer will work in close collaboration with the product manager and find a good balance between customer needs & technical feasibility. As an UI/UX Designer, you’ll be taking a key role in defining and optimising the user journey and giving the user what they want.

Reports to: Project Lead

Responsibilities 

· Liaise with business stakeholders to understand the business.

· Conceptualise user flow and themes 

· Define UX requirements, create wireframes and prototypes of system functionality and workflows.

· Create UI designs for web & mobile.

· Run usability tests with user focus groups.

· Formulate good design ideas and propose solutions to increase product usefulness and usability.

· Continuously improve design and user-experience related to core functions and features.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams. 

Requirements: 

· 3 or more years of UX/UI design experience. 

· A good grasp of user-centered design principle with strong design portfolio.

· Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or related UX and design tools.

· Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.

· Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions and have a proven record of applying them.

· Ability to present design decisions based on design principles (ie: colour, visual weight, proximity, etc)

· Ability to contribute creative ideas, solutions and to execute them.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
