comparethemarket.com (ctm) is opening an office in central London and we need a Business Analyst (BA) to work with an experienced Agile IT team building best in class software. The BA plays a pivotal role in our teams bridging the gap between business and IT.

Is this you?

In our Agile environment the BA provides leadership and supports a highly collaborative approach; able to process different perspectives and balance different needs. You’ll play a key role in defining success in a fast moving, high transactional, customer centric business. Comfortable with detail, you will be used to lots of uncertainty and the sometimes capricious nature of online businesses. You will have a huge regard for customers and be passionate about delivering the best experience and the sharpest deals. Building and developing robust and substantial relationships with team members and agency/third party partners is a big part of this role.

What will it take?

You may have been performing a similar role in another company or perhaps you have been working as a contractor - either way you’ll have great experience in the iterative development of high quality software products. Wherever you’ve gained your experience you’ll certainly be able to demonstrate the core values of BGL Group and comparethemarket.com; you’ll be creative, innovative - willing to make a difference. You’ll have strong facilitation skills and when we meet you’ll be able to demonstrate your experience of working successfully with development teams. Great communication skills and the ability to understand and present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and team members is essential.
