What will you do?
- Manage the team to provide an enthusiastic and professional service to the guests
- Manage the resources in the location, such as human, equipment, and cash
- Provide training and guidance to the team about the operation and technical knowledge
- Keep clear records of Payment Amendment Log, Technical Issue Log, Injury Log, Inventory, Roster
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver quality services to customers to build and maintain good relationships
- Participate in marketing activities to solicit new business
What do we expect from you?
- University degree OR Associate degree (in Business Administration, Marketing will be in advance)
- At least 2 years direct sales or service experience in retail store
- Strong service and sales orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good technical sense and background will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Monthly incentive bonus
