Requirements
-Diploma in IT or related fields or having relevant experience will also be considered.
-Preferable with at least 1 year of relevant working experience as IT operation support or IT service desk. Fresh graduate from Poly/IT school will be considered also.
-Experience in monitoring of infrastructure systems and identified issue. Provide prompt escalation service to level 1 or 2 support
-Strong communication and issue follow up skills is required.
-Must be able to work 24x7 (example: 8:00am to 8:00pm), 12 hours rotating shift (3 continuous days and followed by 3 off days.)

Position: IT operator (Or service desk) contract for one year (renewable depend on the project requirement by client)
