Job Overview
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal/external resources to get devices launched with premium quality and within project schedule. Maintain good relationships with key technical contacts from regional operators, local brands, and ODMs/OEMs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile industry with at least 3 years in mobile SW/HW development, validation and certification. - Solid knowledge of IMS, LTE and UMTS. Hands-on debugging experience for modem and RF issues with smartphones/tablets or other mobile devices. - Good knowledge of 3GPP standards (PHY, RRC, NAS) and device testing specifications (TS51.010). Knowledge of IR.92/94 is a plus. - Good understanding of mobile operating systems, e.g. Android, Windows Phone, Linux. - Knowledge of IPv4v6/TCP/UDP/RTP/RTCP, and tools like Wireshark. - Working knowledge of scripting language, e.g. Python, is a plus. - Knowledge of QXDM/QCAT and other Qualcomm tools is a plus. Field testing experience with mobile operators and OEMs is a plus. - Good customer and project management skills, able to effectively manage 3rd-party partners, e.g. testing service providers. - Must be willing to travel in APAC region (20~50%). - Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Chinese/Putonghua is a plus. - Passionate about mobile device and wireless technologies, self-starter and quick learner, able to work independently and get things done with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of facing customers for project execution highly preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree, Electrical, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
