Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in tendering process for projects – involve in solution design, technical proposal write up, enquiry answering, pricing and contract negotiation
• Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of solutions designed.
• Deliver Proof of Values (POVs), Proof of Concepts (POCs), Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Act as a technical touch point between clients, partners, and the software engineering and operations team.
• Deliver solution presentation to customers and provide high quality response to customer clarifications.
• Build competency by keeping abreast of latest technology and product development in the field of interest.
• Compare & contrast the features to be used against competitions and contribute feedback to R&D for improvements

Requirements

• Graduates with a minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimal 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT Network industry and involved in Presales of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• High level oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Process good analytical and interpersonal skill
• Experience with developing and/or testing Enterprise and/or bespoke Applications
• Experience in working Tender and RFP
• Ability to perform independently and interface with customers, partners
• Independent and ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous environment
