Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales quota through identifying, qualifying, and closing business
- Manage complete sales-cycles, presenting Kontakt.io’s USPs to C-level executives
- Drive upsell opportunities into Kontakt.io’s existing client base in your territory
- Establish trusted relationships with clients through consultative sales approach
- Build market sector knowledge/intelligence and become a trusted advisor to your clients
- Evangelize how Kontakt.io’s evolving product line solves complex business problems
- Work with Sales Development and Customer Success to manage the entire customer journey
- Properly document and track all prospect and customer information in the CRM (Hubspot)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 5-10% of a company) in past positions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles - demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast paced technology companies
- Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Energetic and outgoing personality, excited at an opportunity to build a company
- Languages: native English speaker
- Availability to travel: 10%
