    Job description

    Responsibilities:

     Strategy and Business Development
    o Support senior management on new market launches
    o Work with local market teams to grow the ticket inventory available on viagogo’s platform o Analyse business results and report to senior management on performance

     Customer Operations
    o Lead a customer service team providing local language customer support to buyers and

    sellers on viagogo’s platform in English, Chinese and Japanese, ensuring service level and

    quality targets are met
    o Manage ticket fulfilment processes to ensure all customers receive their tickets on time

     Event day operations
    o Build and manage a field operations team across multiple cities in APAC – Hong Kong, Taipei,

    Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo – to provide ticket collection points at major events on event days

     Leadership
    o Recruit, develop and mentor the local operations team o Manage local IT, HR and office environment 

    Skills and Attributes:

    •   Bachelor’s degree from a leading university or equivalent education

    •   At least one year of experience in a business analyst program such as strategy consulting or investment banking 

    •   Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean a plus

    •   Street smart and level headed – confident, calm under pressure

    •   Strong ability to work independently and manage own time and workload

    •   Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias towards action
