【Job Responsabilities】
▪︎ Teach cross-functional teams with various Agile values and frameworks
▪︎ Promote continuous improvement related to structure, processes and framework to help teams deliver more values
▪︎ Organize and facilitate meetings to drive organizational success
▪︎ Support team effort to code, design and test in a heterogeneous technology environment
▪︎ Identify opportunities and risks for different projects, and drive projects from conception to implementation
▪︎ Support and educate different roles related to Scrum practice and ways to maintain the product backlog
▪︎ Protect the team from distractions and remove roadblocks when necessary
▪︎ Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions

【Basic Qualification】
▪︎ Believe in Agile values and principles
▪︎ Understand the nature and challenges of software development
▪︎ Have basic technical practice like refactoring, test-driven development, continuous integration; ect.
▪︎ 3+ years of experience in software development
▪︎ 1+ year of experience in Agile product development
【Preferred Skills】
▪︎ Be familiar with Scrum values, events, and artifacts
▪︎ English skills (intermediate level)
▪︎ Faciliation skills
▪︎ Coaching skills
