    Role Overview

    We are hiring a Sales and Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the commercialization of project outputs. This role works closely with internal teams (research and development, engineering, and operations) to align customer needs with technical solutions and to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage client relationships and handle customer inquiries through clear, timely, and professional communication
    • Support sales initiatives, including lead follow-up, quotation preparation, and coordination of customer requests
    • Collect customer requirements and feedback, and coordinate internally to ensure accurate technical and commercial responses
    • Assist commercialization activities, including customer onboarding, product introduction, and follow-up on trials or validations
    • Coordinate order processing steps such as documentation, delivery arrangements, and post-delivery support
    • Maintain customer records, enquiry logs, and sales documentation in an organized and traceable manner
    • Prepare basic summaries for internal reporting, including customer status updates and progress tracking
    • Support partner and customer meetings by preparing materials and notes, and following up on action items
    • Handle other commercial and administrative tasks to support team execution

    Requirements

    • Either:
    • Bachelor’s degree and more than 3 years of relevant working experience, or
    • Master’s degree
    • Experience in customer service, sales support, business development support, or account coordination (technology or industrial products is an advantage)
    • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin are advantages)
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines
    • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and handling both customer-facing and internal coordination work
    • Proficient in standard office software (for example, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Experience supporting industrial or technical products (for example, chemicals, materials, semiconductor-related products, manufacturing services)
    • Experience preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer validation or trial workflows
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools or structured customer record keeping
    • Confidence in handling technical discussions at a practical level (not required to be an engineer, but must be comfortable learning)
