Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote project deliverables and support business development activities. This role supports Doctech’s commercialization by translating technical progress into clear, market-facing messages and materials, supporting customer outreach, and strengthening the company’s visibility in the advanced semiconductor packaging and materials ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote project deliverables and support business development activities
- Develop marketing content and materials, including company brochures, product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and basic press materials
- Manage and update digital channels such as website content and social media pages (for example, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent messaging and professional branding
- Coordinate event and outreach activities, including exhibitions, partner meetings, seminars, and industry networking opportunities
- Work with internal teams to collect technical inputs and translate them into customer-friendly communication without losing accuracy
- Support lead generation activities by preparing outreach materials, maintaining contact lists, and tracking campaign outcomes
- Assist with preparation of stakeholder communication materials when required (for example, project updates, marketing summaries, and promotional deliverables)
- Handle other marketing and administration tasks assigned to support team execution
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines

More than 2 years of relevant marketing experience (business-to-business marketing or technology marketing is an advantage)
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin are advantages)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Proficient in standard office software (for example, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new technical concepts for accurate communication
- Experience supporting industrial, engineering, or technology products (for example, materials, chemicals, manufacturing, semiconductor-related products)
- Experience with basic digital marketing execution such as social media management, content planning, and simple performance tracking
- Experience preparing marketing materials for exhibitions, customer meetings, and partnership outreach
